We offer more than just filling your prescriptions. With online refills, after hours convenience, expert advice, & immunizations, Olde Towne Pharmacy is your full service community pharmacy looking out for your health & proudly serving our community for over 30 years.

Transferring Your Prescription:

Having your prescriptions filled at multiple pharmacies could lead to harmful drug interactions. Give us the name of the pharmacy that your prescription was previously filled at, as well as the name of the medication, and we will do the rest.

Insurance:

We accept most major insurance plans. Please present your current prescription insurance card when you bring in a valid prescription.

Shingles Vaccine:

We have pharmacists certified in giving shingles vaccinations and we will bill your insurance.

Generic Drugs:

Save money by choosing generics! Generic substitutes are required by law to contain the same active ingredients as their brand name countparts, which means you get the same drug for less!

Ease of Use:

If you have trouble opening prescription bottles, ask about our Easy Open Caps. If there are children in your home, we offer the standard child-resistant caps as well.

Diabetic Counseling:

We have a pharmacist certified in Diabetic Counseling. Let us schedule a consultation to discuss ways to better manage your diabetes.

Over the Counter:

We have a large variety of over the counter items in stock. If we do not have what you are looking for, in most cases, we can order it and have it here the next business day.

In order to keep our prices and wait times down, prescriptions phoned in or faxed from your doctor will not be filled until the patient or guardian notifies the pharmacy to fill the prescription. Prescriptions will be placed on the patient's profile until we are told to fill them. Sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.

Online - Fast. Easy. Online. Olde Towne Pharmacy invites you to use our online refill system for your convenience. Simply register with our site & enter the information required.

In Store - Visit our store with either a valid prescription or an existing prescription number.

By Phone - Call us at (423) 753-4446 with your existing prescription number. If it is before or after store hours, you may leave your information on our answering machine. All refills left after hours are promised by 11am the next business day.

Before & After Hours - If we are not open, you may use our Drop-Box located near the drive thru window. It is locked & secure. Prescriptions left in the drop-box are promised by 11am the next business day.

PLEASE NOTE:

Prescriptions phone in or faxed in from your doctor will not be filled until the patient or guardian notifies the pharmacy to fill the prescription. Prescriptions will be placed on the patient's profile until we are told to fill them. Sorry for any inconvenience this may cause, but we have had many prescriptions not being picked up.
